The standard checkroom fee is € 1.70 per person. Please note that only cash payment is possible at the checkrooms. Checkrooms are available in the main foyer and in the Mozart Saal foyer. There are no checkrooms on the auditorium levels.

The Konzerthaus is only liable for items of clothing, umbrellas and hats deposited in the public checkroom against the issue of a checkroom ticket within the limits of liability. No liability is accepted for other items left (bags, instruments, etc.) or their contents.

If you have forgotten a checkroom item in the Wiener Konzerthaus, please contact us at +43 1 242 00-0 or at the e-mail address wiener@konzerthaus.at.

With regard to your own safety and that of all concertgoers, we ask for your understanding that, in accordance with § 4 (9) and § 12 (2) of the Vienna Venue Act and the house rules of the Wiener Konzerthaus, overclothing, hats, umbrellas, sticks, large bags, rucksacks, baby carriages, walking aids and other items that are not used for attending the event or are bulky must be handed in at the checkrooms.
The maximum size for rucksacks is A4 and the maximum size for handbags is A3 with the corresponding volume. Disabled persons may, of course, leave their walking aids outside the checkrooms in the immediate vicinity of their seats. Please ensure that they do not obstruct any main traffic routes.

Overclothes brought into the hall must be kept on. It is not possible to bring wet or damp overclothing or similar into the hall in view of possible damage to the hall seating.

We ask for your understanding that, for safety reasons, it is also not possible to bring baby carriages or similar into the hall for children's events.
