Dreaming the incomprehensible in all its improbability: this freedom and imagination is at the heart of Unsuk Chin's music. Light and colors are the aggregate states of these sounds, which constantly change their consistency as they intertwine, creating a sense of the vastness of the dreamed landscapes - just as Enno Poppe conjures up an unstable, almost dizzying hearing and experience of sound by alternating between a strictly structured blueprint and axes that reach for free time.
