Shoe racks are available directly in front of the Schönberg Hall and in the Berio Hall foyer. During the winter months, we recommend bringing slippers or thick socks.

Jackets, coats, large bags, backpacks, helmets, and umbrellas must be left in the cloakroom. For the »Klangmobile«, »Mini hop«, and »Allez hop« cycles, either a small backpack or a bag may be taken into the hall.
The cloakroom is free of charge for the »Klangmobile« and »Mini hop« cycles. For all other children's and youth concerts (except »sound:chat« and »Vorhören!«), there is a reduced cloakroom fee (€1). - 06 Prams
At our concerts in the »Klangmobile«, »Mini hop« and »Allez hop« series, strollers can be parked in a designated area in the large cloakroom hall.
- 07 Changing tables
Changing tables are located in the ladies' and gentlemen's restrooms in the large cloakroom hall. In addition, a changing facility is set up in the balcony area directly in front of the Schönberg Hall during our »Klangmobile« concerts. During the »Mini hop« concerts, an additional changing table is set up in the Berio Hall foyer.
- 08 Food and drinks
We kindly ask you not to bring food or drinks into the concert halls. Bottles for babies/children are permitted at our concerts in the »Klangmobile«, »Mini hop«, and »Allez hop« cycles.
- 09 Ticket inspection
All concertgoers, regardless of age, must purchase their own ticket. Only for the »Klangmobile« and »Mini hop« cycles are combination tickets issued for one adult and one baby/child. If you bring a baby (< 1 year old) to one of the other series, please pick up a ticket (free of charge) at the Ticket & Service Center. For conceptual reasons, we recommend that each baby/child be accompanied by their own adult for »Klangmobile« and »Mini hop«.
