Music City Lab
From the 2025/26 season, the Wiener Konzerthaus will be a cooperation partner of the isa – international summer academy, which was founded by the mdw – University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna in 1991.
As part of the isaCommunity masterclass, 20 students worked from 21 to 27 July 2025 on the topic of »Collaborate for change!« and thus at the interface between society and music. In practice-oriented workshops and joint rehearsal phases, an innovative concert format is being developed step by step, which will be realised at the Wiener Konzerthaus and at TONALi in Hamburg.
