Singing and making music together
Sing Along
The focus of our sing-along concerts is on shared experiences, whether singing the most beautiful Christmas carols or famous songs on the themes of »James Bond« and »Carnival«. The team led by Heinz Ferlesch, Clemens Haudum, and Monika Jeschko, together with the Sing Along ensemble, have prepared sheet music, stories about the songs' origins, and background information for you. With joy, wit, and humor, they make music together with the Vienna Singing Academy. Visitors receive songbooks that they can take home with them to continue singing.

Sing on Stage
A celebration for Handel
At »Sing on Stage: A celebration for Handel«, 150 amateur singers can not only take a look behind the scenes of concert operations as part of our stage choir, but also become part of an exciting rehearsal process and the performance of the works under the direction of Heinz Ferlesch.
Participation
You can purchase your Stage Choir ticket by telephone or in person at our Ticket & Service Centre. When booking your ticket, please state your vocal group. Places per vocal group are limited. Attendance at all stage choir rehearsals is compulsory.
Please study the sheet music independently so that the short rehearsal time can be used exclusively for the artistic development of the work. The sheet music is available to download or can be printed out and purchased for € 10 from the Ticket & Service Centre.
Information & materials
Further information for stage choir participants and the sheet music will be available online shortly.
Sing on Stage: Ein Fest für Händel

SummerMusicWeek
For five days, participants aged nine and over, with and without previous musical knowledge, with and without disabilities, make music, sing, play and dance in various workshops. In an open atmosphere, they discover new things together under the guidance of professional musicians. They present their work to family and friends in the »Großer Saal«.
Our SummerMusicWeek, which has already become a tradition and was honoured with the Zero Project Award for inclusive projects in 2023, allows people to immerse themselves in the world of music in a summery, carefree way.
