For piano enthusiasts, the alphabet begins with »Argerich«: the grande dame of the 88 keys is a guarantee of profound concert experiences. Martha Argerich is organising a special evening with one of her closest companions and her family: in September, she will share the stage in the Great Hall with her long-standing duo partner Lilya Zilberstein and her sons Anton and Daniel Arkadij Gerzenberg. We have already had the rare opportunity to experience this intergenerational duo of piano virtuosos once before: now, thanks to their great success and the enthusiastic response from audiences, the collaboration is set to continue.
From Romanticism to Modernism
Experience the rich sounds of both Romantic and modern repertoire played by up to eight hands: it goes without saying that highlights such as Ravel’s »La Valse« or excerpts from Grieg’s »Peer Gynt«-Suite are a must, goes without saying.
