This concert marks the festive opening of the 18th SCL Youth Music Festival, which takes place in Vienna from July 3rd to 8th and, with its new editions SCL on Tour in South Africa and SCL on Tour in Shanghai, builds musical bridges between continents.

The concert will feature the symphony and string orchestras of the National Youth Orchestra Dubai and the La Salle College Orchestra from Hong Kong. The program includes music by Mendelssohn, Beethoven, Shostakovich, and Alma Deutscher, among others.
