In honour of the Day of the Holy Brothers Cyril and Methodius and the Day of Bulgarian Education and Culture, stars of the Bulgarian and European classical music scene will give a gala concert in the Mozart Hall of the Vienna Konzerthaus –, one of the most prestigious concert stages in Europe.
Through a unique »musical bridge« between the Bulgarian and Austrian classical music scenes, the Gala of Bulgarian Culture and Music (Opus 3) honours the Bulgarian contribution to European musical culture. Outstanding musical personalities from Bulgaria and Austria will perform on stage and present the diversity of the classical tradition in its modern interpretation.
The concert is part of the artistic initiative »Die
Kunst lebt weiter«, which was launched by Donka Angatscheva.
