Classical and techno at the Vienna Konzerthaus
konzerthaus.nachts is back for another round: for the third time, classical music meets club culture and the Konzerthaus is transformed into a colourful dance floor.
Following a warm-up in the Grand Foyer at 5.30 pm, an orchestral concert featuring the Vienna Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Petr Popelka, will take place at 7.30 pm. The programme features Antonín Dvořák’s impressive Symphony No. 8 in G major, Op. 88.
Afterwards, the floor will once again be open for dancing to the pulsating techno beats of »Kein Sonntag ohne Techno«. Fascinating light installations will skilfully set the scene at the Vienna Konzerthaus.
