The Left Hand of God
Leonardo da Vinci’s »The Last Supper« is a timeless masterpiece. Not only can one discover many hidden symmetries in it, but also moving gestures. Who is about to betray Jesus? The figures are discussing and gesticulating. But do you know what music was being played at the time the fresco was created? The Micrologus Ensemble takes you on a journey of discovery to musical geniuses on a par with Leonardo, such as Josquin Desprez. Desprez worked for some of the same patrons – and his unique music likewise combines balance and expression. A copy of the fresco will also be on display in the Mozart Hall.
