Fritz Lang's »Die Nibelungen« (1924) is considered a milestone in German film history and will be shown on two consecutive evenings. Under the direction of Frank Strobel, the Vienna RSO will interpret the original music by Gottfried Huppertz, which was incidentally his first and is inspiring with its innovative sound language.
