The greatest soundtracks in film history will be performed live by the Pilsen Philharmonic Orchestra & Choir, featuring over 100 performers.

Featuring music from blockbusters such as »Star Wars«, »Pirates of the Caribbean«, »Harry Potter«, »Interstellar«, »Indiana Jones«, »The Dark Knight«, »Schindler’s List«, »The Rock« and others.

Hans Zimmer has achieved something incredible: the German composer worked behind the scenes in Hollywood for decades, was barely visible to the general public – and yet is now as famous as a rock star. His outstanding soundtracks have helped turn many films into blockbusters: from »The Lion King« to »Gladiator« to »Interstellar« and »Dune«.
Only one living film composer is as famous as he is: the great John Williams. The American has been nominated for an Oscar an incredible 54 times – he has won the award five times – and there is probably no more famous melody in the entire history of cinema than his fanfare for »Star Wars«. These two composers have written a wealth of brilliant music that everyone knows, which evokes nostalgic memories in film-goers – and which stirs up powerful emotions even without moving images.

So it’s no wonder that »The Sound of Hans Zimmer & John Williams« has been a crowd-puller for years and ensures sold-out venues across the German-speaking world. Now the project is entering its next phase with a new programme – featuring fresh musical highlights, the power of the orchestra and nostalgic mental imagery that brings film history to life through sound.
