Strong lyrics, strong voices are at the heart of »Singer-Songwriter«: authenticity is the leitmotif of the three singers Leyla McCalla, LYLIT and Anna Mabo. Leyla McCalla, born in New York to Hawaiian parents, presents her debut album »Sun Without The Heat«: a playful homage to her roots. LYLIT is an Austrian singer whose reputation has quickly spread beyond the borders: LYLIT remains musically true to herself which is also reflected in her open-hearted lyrics. We are looking forward to the singer-songwriter's latest album, which she will be presenting at the Wiener Konzerthaus. Her sometimes soft, sometimes rough timbre and her subtle lyrics have made Anna Mabo an audience favorite: the portrait artist deserves the last word in the cycle, to which the Buben and the inn.wien ensemble provide the instrumental finale.
