At the age of eight, Anna Vinnitskaya played Bach's Concerto in G minor for the first time, her first ever performance with an orchestra. At 18, she went to Hamburg to study with Evgeni Koroliov –, a legendary Bach interpreter. György Ligeti's oft-quoted quote makes it clear: »If I could only take one work with me to a desert island, I would choose Koroliov's Bach, because I would listen to this disc over and over again until my last breath, starving and dying of thirst. !!!![ Koroliov's love of Bach's music also connects him with Lyupka Hadzi Georgieva, with whom he played Bach together before they tied the knot for life.

Piano concertos by Johann Sebastian Bach
In a concert with the Menuhin Academy Soloists, the three joined forces to play Bach's piano concertos – for one, two and three pianos. Some of these are arrangements of concertos for other instruments. For example, Bach rewrote his well-known Concerto for Two Violins in D minor BWV 1062 for two pianos in C minor. An extraordinary concert evening that brings together three outstanding pianists under the sign of Bach!
