Beethoven: Symphony No. 9

No other work epitomizes the turn of the year at the Wiener Konzerthaus like Beethoven‘s musical score to Schiller‘s »Ode To Joy«, which has been heard here on that occasion for more than four decades. This year, the Wiener Symphoniker will play the splendid work for the first time under the direction of their future principal conductor Andrés Orozco-Estrada.

You can also enjoy this concert as a live stream online and listen to it up to 30 days after the event.
