Rising Stars
3 Concerts in the Berio-Saal
3 Concerts in the Brahms-Saal
This time, the regions of origin of the »Rising Stars« to whom the ECHO, the association of the most important concert halls in Europe, offers a presentation platform with the cycle of the same name, stretch from the far south-east to the far north-east of the continent. The Wiener Konzerthaus is home to some particularly multifaceted artists: Hungarian cimbalom virtuoso Áron Horváth, just 20 years old, will travel with his jazz ensemble, award-winning pianist Giorgi Gigashvili will span the spectrum from his native Georgia to classical music and Icelandic soprano Álfheiður Erla Guðmundsdóttir will add her own video artworks to her program.
The »Rising Stars« cycle is supported by the European Concert Hall Organization
