Treasures
The Company of Music presents treasures from five centuries of vocal music and has invited the public to help shape the programme this summer: The pieces for the concert could be selected in a virtual vote. The musical treasure trove that the Company of Music is now opening for us includes Gregorio Allegri's mystical »Miserere«, works by Henry Purcell, Claudio Monteverdi and Johann Sebastian Bach as well as compositions by Arvo Pärt and Kaija Saariaho. A programme with music from the Baroque to our own time!
