Subscription help

Under the heading Programme & Tickets, you will automatically see a calendar of events listed by date. If you want to view events according to subscription series, please use the menu. You can filter subscription series according to genre, or booking availability. If you click on »Order a subscription«, you will see the details of the complete series; you can click on each of the constituent events to view details about the performers and the works performed.

Click on the button »Subcription order« and fill in the number of subscriptions desired in the appropriate price category. For some series, you can order tickets for one or more additional concerts. Tick the appropriate concert or concerts. The price of the additional concert or concerts will be automatically added on to the prices of the subscription series. Members of the Wiener Konzerthausgesellschaft receive a discount of 17.5% for up to two subscriptions per series.
Click on the button »Place in shopping basket« – your subscription series are now reserved for you; You can of course place other subscriptions, tickets or products in the shopping basket.
Once you have logged on, you can renew your membership, register or cancel your membership and order tickets for bonus concerts. Complete the payment details using either SEPA bank debit or credit card – if you have already paid using the SEPA bank debit system, your bank details will appear automatically. Now you have an opportunity to check all details for your subscription order. When you have done, click on »Finalize purchase« and the details of your subscription order will be transmitted to the Wiener Konzerthaus' Ticket- & Service-Center. You will immediately see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation e-mail confirming that your order has been successful.

In order to ensure that your subscription remains transparent, you can view the four steps of making the order at all times in the grey bar, which you can also use for navigation.
