How can I sign in to the ticket portal?To sign in to the ticket portal, all you need is your customer number and a personal login link from an e-mail that has already been sent to you. You can request the link again from the Ticket and Service Center at any time.
Can I also present the tickets digitally (on a smartphone, tablet, ...) at the entrance?Ticket control is also possible with such digital devices. In this case, we kindly ask you to open the tickets in time before the admission control and to make sure that the display is sufficiently bright.
My seats are all displayed on one card when the ticket is printed. Is the ticket valid for more than one person? The ticket is valid for as many people as seats are on the ticket printout.
Do all the seat holders have to go through the entrance together with the ticket?No, the ticket is valid for multiple holders even if they enter separately.
Do I have to print out all tickets at once?Printing all tickets is generally possible via the "Select multiple concerts" option. Since changes may become necessary in the course of the season, we recommend printing the tickets as soon as possible before the respective concert date.
At some concerts I don't see any seats yet. What is the reason for this?For organizational reasons, the seat view is not yet activated for some events. The seats will be available at the latest two weeks before the concert date.
Why don't my bonus concert tickets appear?The seats for bonus concerts are only allocated and provided on the ticket portal approximately two weeks before the concert date.
