Advocates

Nomen est omen: The name of the Mozarteumorchester Salzburg contains the name of an important advocate. The orchestra’s roots can be targeted back to the Salzburg cathedral music association set up by Mozart’s sons and his widow. In 2016, the Mozarteumorchester Salzburg celebrates its 175th birthday: all the more fitting that the festivities will bring this eminent ensemble to Vienna.
