Coronavirus: Information for our visitors
Wiener Konzerthaus is closely monitoring all information on infections with the coronavirus COVID-19 which have also occurred in Austria. We are in permanent contact with the authorities. All scheduled events will be held without restrictions, unless official measures are imposed in accordance with the applicable laws.
We will keep you informed about new developments. Our top priority is the health and safety of our visitors and our staff members. In order to contain the further spread of the virus and to avoid a health hazard for individuals, we kindly ask all visitors to follow the guidelines and precautions that have been published.

- If you have had contact with persons with a confirmed or suspected coronavirus COVID-19 infection, we kindly ask you to refrain from attending the events of the Wiener Konzerthaus.
- If you experience flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath and breathing difficulties), please contact the Health Hotline 1450 and also stay away from the events of the Wiener Konzerthaus.
- On the recommendation of the health authorities, we ask visitors who have travelled directly or in the course of the past two weeks from risk areas in Italy and other countries not to attend performances of the Wiener Konzerthaus for safety reasons, especially as soon as flu-like symptoms appear.
In your own interest, we ask you to provide your name and contact information when you purchase your tickets at the ticket counters. This will enable the health authorities to inform you in case of an emergency.
The staff members of the Wiener Konzerthaus have been extensively informed about the coronavirus COVID-19 and have been referred to the website of AGES, the Austrian Agency for Health and Food Safety.
