Your safety

What you can do to help keep safe – How do you protect yourself and others?

  • Wear an FFP2 mask throughout the building during your visit.
  • Regularly wash hands with soap or disinfect with disinfectant - disinfectant dispensers are available throughout the building for your use.
  • Do not touch your face and especially your mouth, eyes and nose with your fingers.
  • Avoid shaking hands and hugging.
  • Sneeze and cough in the crook of your arm or paper handkerchief, which must be disposed of immediately.
  • Please take only the seat indicated on your card to allow for follow-up and notification of all eligible contacts in the event of a suspected infection.
  • If you have any symptoms of illness, please refrain from attending the concert.
  • Do not come to an event at the Wiener Konzerthaus without the required proof according to the 3G rule
