Great Talent
Great Talent is a support programme of the Wiener Konzerthaus for young musicians on their way to the top of the world. Established in the 2017/18 season, Great Talent ensures that aspiring artists receive comprehensive support. This includes numerous performances at the Vienna Konzerthaus as well as guest appearances at the Musikverein für Steiermark and the Upper Austrian Collegiate Concerts. In addition, the young musicians are supported in building networks and in their professional presentation to the media and event organisers.
Great Talent offers our audiences the opportunity to experience young hopefuls of the Austrian classical music scene at the very beginning of their international careers. The programmes and formats with which the artists present themselves are as diverse as the artists themselves.
