Three debuts and a prominent returnee: In the »Originalton« cycle – with first-class musical accompaniment – authors take the floor. Laconical stories about love life are on the programme of Daniel Wisser, writer and musician of the Ersten Wiener Heimorgelorchesters. Lukas Lauermann's atmospheric sound pictures take us into the cosmos of love and power described in Antje Rávik Strubel's novel »Blaue Frau«. Saša Stanišić addresses in »Herkunft« his childhood in the former Yugoslavia and his life in Germany after fleeing. His compatriot Merima Ključo makes us homesick with her accordion. Donna Leon, who sends Commissario Brunetti on a crime hunt through the lagoon city, has already been a guest. She is accompanied by the magnificent early music ensemble infiammabile.
