Exquisite wines meet exquisite concerts, different grape varieties and genres determine the aroma of the cuvée: International orchestras travel to the event - the Orchestra Teatro alla Scala and the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra - and are accompanied by their respective chief conductors Riccardo Chailly and Daniel Harding. The Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra makes a guest appearance with Christian Gerhaher, while the Orchestra Teatro alla Scala and its chorus have overtures, ballets and choruses from Verdi's operas in store. Friends of solo vocal art can look forward to a gala concert with Elīna Garanča. The crossover duo BartolomeyBittmann brings a completely different touch, celebrating its tenth anniversary with massive rock riffs and virtuoso unison passages. Portrait artist Manu Delago and sitar virtuoso Anoushka Shankar look back on a similarly long collaboration. »Between Us« is the name of their Grammy-nominated latest project, which brings together atmospheric orchestral arrangements with a modern interpretation of Indian ragas.
