With the 4-package »Resonances« you stand in the current festival edition on the one hand with both feet firmly on the ground and enjoy the sun, on the other hand you take off to the gas and ice giants of our solar system, Jupiter and Neptune. Translated into the program content, this means: you will experience the first complete performance of a Lully »Tragédie en musique« in the Vienna Konzerthaus by the luminaries of Les Talens Lyriques, listen to sacred music of the 17th century from the Protestant north of Germany and late medieval music of predominantly Spanish provenance, and be present when Václav Luks' Collegium 1704 realizes the world's first revival of a serenata by the Dresden court conductor Johann David Heinichen.
