»In Finstan«
Agnes Palmisano presents John Dowland in Viennese. The simple, touching melodies of John Dowland, composer and lutenist of the Elizabethan age, served as a pattern for a timeless new garment, which fits Palmisano »like a glove«. The profundity of the lyrics to Vienna, fabulously written by the singer herself, as well as the musical expression, composed and arranged by Andreas Teufel, Gabriel Froihofer, Daniel Fuchsberger and Paul Gulda, perfectly complement John Dowland's pieces and give rise to beautiful new Viennese songs.
