Kompost touches
The four members of Kompost 3 have been making music together since 2009. The project, which began in a shared apartment in Vienna's third district, has since developed into one of the most exciting young formations on the Austrian jazz and improvisation scene. The band has released four critically acclaimed albums, won the Bremen Jazz Prize and the BAWAG P.S.K.. Next Generation Jazz Award and toured throughout Europe, Mexico and the USA. After frenetically acclaimed performances in the »Percussive Planet« and »The Art of Song« series, the quartet now makes its first guest appearance in the »klangberührt« cycle.
