Salzburg rapper Crack Ignaz, actually Betini Udosen, has been an integral part of the Austrian hip-hop scene since his 2015 debut album »Kirsch« and thanks to hits like »Elvis«, »King of the Alps« and »Bipolar«. With his adaptation of cloud rap, which originated in the USA, he has ushered in a new era of Deutschrap. Hip-hop has fascinated and accompanied him since childhood. Regarding his lyrics, which are dominated by the Salzburg dialect, Crack Ignaz says: »In terms of content, I set myself few limits and follow my heart exclusively. Music must be tangible. That is important to me. Everything else is secondary.« That feelings literally set the tone is also shown by his single »Herzschmerzgang«. In it, Crack Ignaz celebrates the pain of separation, and with earworm potential. At his Konzerthaus debut in March, the motto is: »Go for an audience with the ›King of the Alps‹
