Rock and Jazz from the Alps: The hits of Hubert von Goisern, who has been in the business for over thirty years, have cult status. He is considered the grand master, if not the inventor, of alpine rock and named himself after the place of his origin near Lake Hallstatt. »Music is a language in which you cannot lie,« says von Goisern. His songs are thoroughly credible and therefore particularly touching. For his performance in the Wiener Konzerthaus, he teams up with the Lungau Big Band, which celebrates its 40th anniversary this year. In addition to the founding members and veterans from the Lungau, selected Jazz musicians from all over Austria and some neighbouring countries are now part of the group. The Lungau Big Band started with swing and has constantly expanded its repertoire through cooperation with artists from various fields. You can look forward to the concert!
