https://dominikemanuelwagner.com/ In 2019 Wiener Konzerthaus launched a huge membership campaign. The organization gained over 600 new members and over 100 new „youth members“ (people under the age of
27). The aim was not only to gain new members, but also to spread the information that Wiener Konzerthaus is a private organisation that is supported by a substantial number of private people and initiatives. Sadly, we could not interact a lot with our new members personally but tried to stay in touch during the lock-down via newsletters and video messages. For us it was really important to show that Wiener Konzerthaus does a lot of initiatives for young talented musicians and that it is a vital, diverse and fresh organization. Thus, we organized a concert, portraying three young artists, including Dominik Wagner (double bass). What came out of that was a tremendously moving and exciting video presentation for our new members. Intendant Matthias Naske spoke to them personally before the concert about the Wiener Konzerthaus and it’s historical significance as well as this event specifically, the artists and the idea behind the program.
