Versatility

In his featured portrait series, viola virtuoso Antoine Tamestit has shown off his great versatility: In November, he demonstrated his skill as a chamber musician with concerts with the Belcea Quartet and Quatuor Ebène; at the beginning of December, he performed a solo recital; and in February he performed alongside the Orchestre de Paris. Now, in a Liederabend with Christiane Karg and Malcolm Martineau, Tamestit explores the similarities between the viola and the human voice.
