Into the night

Our new event format »konzerthaus.nachts« offers a fusion of classical music and techno in a magnificent setting. The Webern Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Fedor Rudin, will perform Mahler's First Symphony in the Great Hall. Incidentally, this goes back to a program symphony whose temporary title »Titan« refers to the coming-of-age novel of the same name by Jean Paul. Its protagonist becomes entangled in various tragic love affairs in the course of his development and only discovers his true identity at the end. Visitors can rediscover the Wiener Konzerthaus as a party location shortly after the classical orchestra concert: there will be drinks and an exuberant DJ line-up in the Schubert Hall - dancing into the night!
