Presented by Wiener Konzerthausgesellschaft

Tell me what you're giving!

The third Sunday in Advent falls on December 15 this year and is also known as »Joy Sunday«. The brilliant trumpeter, flugelhorn player and passionate singer Thomas Gansch could hardly be making a stop at the Wiener Konzerthaus on a more fitting day in the midst of the usually turbulent pre-Christmas period. He has his »Schlager therapy« in his luggage: this is an invitation to pause for a moment and escape the stressful everyday life on the wings of pop songs from the 1950s and 1960s with Caterina Valente, Vico Torriani and Conny and Peter. Thomas Gansch and his colleagues - this time joined by Tobias Moretti - indulge in kitsch at the highest level, with exuberant enthusiasm and incomparable dedication. Merry Kitschmas!
