Changing reality with imagination

The confrontation between the real and the imaginary has been a part of human coexistence for thousands of years. Societies have created mythologies, stories, fairy tales and communal dreams, stimulating the imagination and generating an independent »cultural corpus« in an effort to explore the real and transform it through the imagination. The voice emerges: a primal instrument, inseparable from identity. In Januibe Tejera's sonic unreality, it loses almost all human character.
