Piotr Beczała

He is a celebrated star of the international stage: Piotr Beczała is a much sought-after guest at La Scala in Milan, the Metropolitan Opera in New York and the Bayreuth Festival. At the Wiener Konzerthaus, the tenor shows a completely different side: in his recital of lieder, he explores the subtle nuances of Romantic compositions from Schumann to Rachmaninoff.

Collegium Vocale Gent with Bach's Mass in B minor

It »is the Mont Blanc of church music«, is how Franz Liszt characterized Johann Sebastian Bach's Mass in B minor. If you approach this undisputed musical masterpiece with the Collegium Vocale Gent and the exquisite soloist ensemble under the direction of its initiator Philippe Herreweghe, guarantors of Bach interpretations of the highest quality, you can expect an uplifting experience.

Immanuel Wilkins Quartet

Immanuel Wilkins has worked with jazz greats such as Solange Knowles, Gretchen Parlato, Wynton Marsalis, Gerald Clayton, Aaron Parks and Joel Ross. His own quartet - with the exception of Rick Rosato on bass - has remained unchanged since his second semester at the Juilliard School, which is considered by many to be the secret of his sensational success. Wilkins' declared aim with his current »Blue Note« album »The 7th Hand« is to »create music and develop a voice that has a deep spiritual and emotional impact.«
